Our Story
At Angelina Michelle's Greens and Things LLC, we are passionate about providing fresh and delicious food to our customers. Our journey started in 2025 when our founder, Angelina, decided to turn her love for cooking into a business. Since then, we have been serving our community with the best quality food and excellent customer service. A 10 year Army Veteran, diagnosed with PTSD, Bi-Polar Depression, Anxiety and Insomnia, I completed 3 years of intense counseling and learned to gravitate to things that brings me PEACE and here we are! Conceived before its conception! My joy & love for cooking started at a very young age, it’s one of my love languages! I literally LOVE cooking, especially greens, it’s my passion! Even though the business of Angelina Michelle’s Greens & Things LLC, officially launched in May 2025, I was born a straight up country girl from down South in Idabel, OK. I was born into a family where greens was a delicacy, a must have at anytime of the day, week, month and any occasion. As a little girl, I remember my grannie had a big back yard of planted greens and she would always take me outside with her teaching me how to plant, grow, pick, clean and cook them.I was very eager to learn following her closely, watching and learning.As I grew older I experimented cooking them more and more until perfection, with every pot comes perfection! My heart is so BIG and filled with so much LOVE poured into every pot and I want everyone to taste and experience this sensation! AML
